Seller reviewThis was the first house I'd ever owned and so selling was a first-time experience for me. I had many questions, concerns and expectations related to the sale of the house, but Deanne's calm and assuring and professional demeanor took all of the stress and anxiety associated with a house sale away. She recommended several home improvements to help my house shine in a very competitive market. Within 48 hours after listing, we had multiple offers over our asking price! Deanne's extensive experience, attention to detail and advanced negotiating ability allowed for me to accept one of these offers with a 17-day escrow and 30-day free rent-back, providing me with ample time to get packed and move. The rest of Deanne's team were equally attentive and professional. I would highly recommend Deanne and the team behind her to anyone looking to list or purchase a home!

Buyer reviewDeanne Gutierrez was an absolute pleasure to work with! She immediately understood ours wants/needs and was very professional. Deanne is SO sweet and approachable and I never once felt uncomfortable contacting her. She immediately responded to e-mails/texts/phone calls even when she was on vacation! We ended up buying a new-build, and worked primarily with the builder's realtor for closing. However, Deanne still wanted to be part of the whole process for us. She kept in contact, checked in on us, and attended our final walk-through. At the final walk-through, her attention to detail and knowledge of real estate were a phenomenal asset. She noticed all of the small details and helped us to ask questions we hadn't thought of! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell a house!
