Buyer reviewThe seller of the property made a mistake on the advertisement regarding the size of the property. It was advertised as 6.3 acres but the actual area was actually 8.5. The mistake was found after the contract was executed. Deanna followed the error of the lot size in the County hall, and to the seller. The closing was delayed a little bit but it was worth it, because it resulted that the survey, the appraisal and the county record to match. The property line was delineated on the right place.
