I'm not great at math, but I can guarantee I add up to a lot! Life has
taken me down many paths and here I am in Grand Rapids, MN married to my husband Greg. We have a combined total of 7 children: Luke & Kate Bounds (Jaxon & Myla), Brandon & Carma Bounds (Jensen & Ava), Chris & Amanda McKay (Graham & Maxwell), Gina & Kevin Kubeczko (Avery & Chloe), Jessica & Ben West, Emily & Austin Jaeger (Rhen), & Joe McKay.
Being a REALTOR is my full time job and I love it! The busier I am the happier I am. I enjoy helping others and it is a privilege to be trusted with assisting those who are buying a home or selling their home.
My enjoyment in life comes from my time camping, hiking, reading, being on the pontoon and spending time with family! Honestly, I enjoy my job so that a win/win for sure!
I grew up in Central MN on a farm with 12 siblings and two incredible
parents. I graduated from UMM and went on to various careers in Sales
and Marketing. I retired from the Navy Reserve after 22 years.
My parents taught me everything that is important in life. Being honest,

Buyer reviewDeb and Greg helped us get a cabin when our plans changed. Our purchase was a strange experience for both us and The Bounds Team. The title company Deb Bounds selected was great to work with and was able to help us get the closing done. Deb had worked with us through a period of uncertainty (planned move, several offers, and change of plans due to a layoff - stay local and buy cabin). She kept in contact with possible properties in our area over a period of time and other options (land, cabin, waterfront). Deb has years of experience and helped us get the best fit for our situation. She was knowledgeable about the process, patient as our plans changed and encouraged us through the long process. It was great when Greg Bounds joined her team so we could view more properties and put in an offer which was eventually selected by the sellers.
