I'm not great at math, but I can guarantee I add up to a lot! Life has
taken me down many paths and here I am in Grand Rapids, MN married to my husband Greg. We have a combined total of 7 children: Luke & Kate Bounds (Jaxon & Myla), Brandon & Carma Bounds (Jensen & Ava), Chris & Amanda McKay (Graham & Maxwell), Gina & Kevin Kubeczko (Avery & Chloe), Jessica & Ben West, Emily & Austin Jaeger (Rhen), & Joe McKay.
Being a REALTOR is my full time job and I love it! The busier I am the happier I am. I enjoy helping others and it is a privilege to be trusted with assisting those who are buying a home or selling their home.
My enjoyment in life comes from my time camping, hiking, reading, being on the pontoon and spending time with family! Honestly, I enjoy my job so that a win/win for sure!
I grew up in Central MN on a farm with 12 siblings and two incredible
parents. I graduated from UMM and went on to various careers in Sales
and Marketing. I retired from the Navy Reserve after 22 years.
My parents taught me everything that is important in life. Being honest,
ethical, hardworking, compassionate, caring, and how to love!

Buyer reviewDeb clicked with my wife's personality within 15 minutes of them meeting. She was able to develop a trust relationship very quickly. I felt Deb was brutally honest in every aspect of showing houses, and even though I have years of business banking experience, she still gave me some good guidance on financing issues. While she represented the seller's as their agent, I thought she did a great job managing both sides of the negotiations on price fairly for both parties. She must have done a good job.... I bought 2 houses from her. Deb Bounds professionalism was way above and beyond what we get from other local RE agents.. She is by far the best RE agent I have used, over 40 years of buying and selling property. Her focus appears to be to get to the finish line, close the sale with integrity and respect.

Every location has it's challenges and Deb's success here is a testimony in itself to her dedication and hard work in her profession. Deb is so friendly and upbeat! It makes a life event like buying a house so enjoyable. There are so many little things that we could have overlooked but Deb was right there to guide us. We were given very sound advice on the market which was very helpful in our house hunting experience. It is easy to get caught up in "the dream" and Deb's sound advice truly helped keep our focus in getting us into just the right home. In our situation, we had a very limited time to find a suitable home and she went out of her way to accommodate our schedules. She was actually on vacation and still managed to keep track of everything! Deb Bounds will never be "just" a Real Estate Agent. Deb Bounds is truly one of a kind professional and we are so thankful to have had her in our corner during what was a very stressful time for us. Her local knowledge of the Quadna properties was crucial determining the right offer. Deb communicated effectively with texts, emails, and phone calls.
