I'm not great at math, but I can guarantee I add up to a lot! Life has
taken me down many paths and here I am in Grand Rapids, MN married to my husband Greg. We have a combined total of 7 children: Luke & Kate Bounds (Jaxon & Myla), Brandon & Carma Bounds (Jensen & Ava), Chris & Amanda McKay (Graham & Maxwell), Gina & Kevin Kubeczko (Avery & Chloe), Jessica & Ben West, Emily & Austin Jaeger (Rhen), & Joe McKay.
Being a REALTOR is my full time job and I love it! The busier I am the happier I am. I enjoy helping others and it is a privilege to be trusted with assisting those who are buying a home or selling their home.
My enjoyment in life comes from my time camping, hiking, reading, being on the pontoon and spending time with family! Honestly, I enjoy my job so that a win/win for sure!
I grew up in Central MN on a farm with 12 siblings and two incredible
parents. I graduated from UMM and went on to various careers in Sales
and Marketing. I retired from the Navy Reserve after 22 years.

Buyer reviewDeb Bounds was simply the best realtor we have ever worked with. She really took the time to understand what we were looking for in our cabin, and didn't waste time showing us cabins that weren't in our arena. Her response time is amazing. And her communication throughout the buying process has been outstanding. We were never left wondering where things were at as she updated us regularly. I would very highly recommend Deb to anyone looking to purchase in the area!!

Seller reviewI am not certain how the land was advertised, but it sold more quickly than expected. Deb did a terrific job. Deb did an excellent job, especially considering everything was done online, as I live long distance. I am very pleased with Deb. I would certainly recommend her as a realtor.

Buyer reviewDeb was the first broker I called when starting my home search and she was so friendly and knowledgeable that I never had to call anybody else. Deb knew what she was doing from beginning to end. I always felt confident that everything was getting done right and in a timely fashion Deb is so wonderful in every aspect. When our first loan fell apart due to lender issues, deb went above and beyond and rented me her personal condo for a year until I could finally get a mortgage loan. She really stepped up and helped me when I was in a jam. She is an excellent landlord, realtor, and friend I will only deal with deb

She was happy to show me the home more then once and worked around my really crazy schedule. Meeting me later in the evening or on the weekends, which was a huge help! I had met Deb previously at open houses and thought to myself, I want her to help me buy my first home someday! Deb was very helpful! Being I was a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions. She was very timely in her response and always let me know when she was waiting on an answer! I don't think my experience could have gone any better! Thanks for everything Deb!
