Seller reviewDeb and Roe are such amazing go-getter realtors! By far the best experience I've ever had. They brought in a staging guru to rearrange and stage the place and Deb took it upon herself to recommend a great handyman to take care of the inside AND outside of the house!! We had offers within the first two days because of their amazing prep work and perfect pricing. I went with Deb for my first house here in Virginia and I will continue to work with her 100% as long as I live here! Too many amazing things to say about Deb and Roe

We have also recommended them to anyone we know, moving locally. We made the decision to buy instead of renting and that is when were introduced to Deb. They are both extremely knowledgeable, patient and work hard to get you exactly what you're looking for. We truly felt like their family throughout the entire process...so much so, we call Roe, Mama Bear because we've been with her so long. Deb jumped right in and it felt like we'd known her forever. We couldn't have chosen a better duo. They are both truly amazing!

Her marketing plan reflected her knowledge of the community and the market, as well as human nature and she helped us (and the buyers) to manage expectation very diplomatically. From the start of the process to the end, Roe Sommer was on top of the details, communicated very well and responded immediately to the required changes. She gave us a sense of confidence when unexpected changes arose, and the faith and trust we were able to place in her made this transition for us as seamless as possible. Over and above her role, she found us a realtor to help us find a rental, and Roe ultimately suggested the property we were unwittingly looking for- because she had listened so well to both my husband's and my requirements for our next home. The ability to hear what is said, combined with what is left unsaid- creates true communication- and here Roe is truly gifted.
