I have been provided excellent service by Roe Sommer to make it through. In spite of the first home buyer, I have been feeling in a seat of a luxury sedan in the journey of home buying. The road is shorter when two people walk it. She was not just a realtor but became a wonderful friend giving me a hand in the journey. She always showed very swift reply to my concern about sales contract and closing. Although there was unexpected issues in the process of my loan approval, I was not getting nervous a lot. She often reached out to the lender to check how it is going in the process and let us know the situation. She did a great job to make us comfortable in this new experience. We only took a tour for 4 houses in 3 days. Roe exactly understood which house we wanted and arranged appointments at our convenience. She helped us make an offer with her local knowledge of area, communities and properties. She gave us great advice in negotiating the price and terms of the purchase. Indeed, we purchased our new home with $9,000 lower price. We never anticipate this will happen because we were thinking of accepting the sales price not to lose this awesome condo. Frankly to say, it was not easy for us to understand each steps in the home buying process. She was always ahead of us and guided to make us choose the right one with a full understanding.
