Hi! I'm Deb Mullan and I have deep roots in the northern Virginia area. I grew up in Greece and Hong Kong, attended Yorktown HS in Arlington and graduated from George Washington University. My broad background includes employment on Capitol Hill, Department of HHS, and 30+ years in mortgage banking and real estate combined. I am both a Certified Master Gardener and Gardener Volunteer with Fairfax County. Although I should have been a farmer, I chose real estate as my profession!Because my knowledge extends beyond the bounds of listing and selling homes, I am in a unique position to offer insight into other aspects of real estate which affect the transaction such as appraisals and mortgage financing. Seller reviewDeb Mullan was an experienced, knowledgeable, intelligent agent. I really liked her personality and the way she worked with us to make the sale of our home easy for us. She easily found us workers to help with repairing, cleaning and enhancing the house so that it was attractive to buyers. My husband and I moved out of our house to a retirement community in June 2018. We left our home empty and moved to the beach for the summer for 2 months. Deb took care of the details of prepping the house, holding open house events and dealing with other agents. Once we received a contract, we proceeded with the details of the sales electronically and by phone while we were at the beach for the summer. Deb was extremely easy to work with and our experience of selling the house was stress free.
