Debbi Crossland first helped me look for a home in Los Osos three years ago. She was friendly and knowledgable and showed me only properties that met all my criteria. I was ready to make an offer but, at the last minute, family concerns made me decide to relocate elsewhere. Three years later I was back with Debbi looking for a home in Los Osos. She was very patient, set me up to receive email notifications of properties that met my criteria as they became available and, over a six month period, showed me more than 25 properties. When we found the right one she helped me to negotiate a very good price, recommended a very efficient inspector and then was able to make recommendations for local contractors. This is the ninth house I've purchased and Debbi was head and shoulders above all the other realtors I've dealt with!
