Debbie Asplund helped us buy a house while we were in a bad financing situation. She found a lender for us who could work with our situation. Debbie also knows everyone and is extremely knowledgeable about construction as well. We'd had a bad experience in the past with a non-thorough inspection on a house that ended up being a money pit (literally bankrupted us), so she's made sure we had an extremely thorough inspection too ease our minds. She's very accessible and responsive as well. We cannot recommend Debbie highly enough.
