Buyer reviewDebbie was very knowledgeable about the area and had also worked with our sales rep. She was willing to be our eyes and ears throughout the entire buying and moving process even while we were still in FL. She kept a watchful eye on what was going on with the SC property and kept us up to date of phone calls and meetings we needed to be a part of. Debbie was also our spokesperson when questions and concerns arose that needed clarification or explanation. Once she got to know what we wanted, she had no problem letting us know if she felt like we were over our head or if an area we were looking in would not really be what we truly wanted in the end. We depended on her knowledge to get us through and the only reason we ended up where were we really wanted to be was because of her. I would recommend Debbie to anyone I know!

Purchasing a home is stressful enough and having someone as connected as Debbie in the local market gave us the confidence we had made the right choice in choosing Debbie. It should be noted that we purchased our property while we were in California. Debbie took every precaution to made sure we had the knowledge to make the right choice. Debbie came highly recommended from a future co-worker at my wife's new employer and are we glad we took her advise. Debbie exudes professionalism and also has a delightful, fun personality. I'll put it this way, while I was in town closing on the property from California, Debbie loaned me a blow-up-mattress to sleep on, gave me a bar of soap, towels and a bike to get around Charleston. If that doesn't say it all, I don't know what does. My guess is that Debbie would not be at Century 21 unless the support structure around her was nothing less than stellar. Century 21 is A+ in my book. As the great Tina Turner says..."You're Simply the Best."
