Debbie Cromer helped ease a stressful move during a very slow sales season. She gave great advice, helped with photo shoot to ensure great pictures and sold our house when nothing else in the neighborhood was selling. Debbie made it a point to be present for all inspections, meetings and all other face to face communications with the builder and/or his agent. She advocated for us in a manner that achieved results while fostering a positive working relationship with the builder.
