With 16 years of real estate experience and being the spouse of a retired Air Force member ... I get it! I have worked almost exclusively with our military here at Ellsworth Air Force Base as well as other military across the nation. Working at CENTURY 21 ClearView Realty, I have achieved the highest recognition with several Centurion awards as well as several other awards throughout my career. I grew up in the Black Hills and I love it here! I am an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the South Dakota Association of Realtors, and the Black Hills Association of Realtors. My personal interests include my church, being a grandmother to three wonderful grandsons, being a mother to two awesome children, as well as being blessed with 35 years of marriage to one special man! Buyer reviewDeb was awesome. I was in and out of town for a few weeks and Deb devoted 2 separate days to driving me around town to look at 8-9 properties a day. After those efforts were fruitless, she was always on the look out for something that would pique my interest. I met her at several different houses. She was always excited to look at another house and at the prospect of finding my future home. Deb sent me videos of houses while I was out of town. She scoped out houses that were close to her office but far from mine to save me a trip. Deb was honestly the best realtor I've dealt with to date and a great person to boot!

Seller reviewDebbie was cool, calm, and collected when handling the sale of our home which is exactly what we needed. There is a lot of discussion about being a First Time Homebuyer but it's also a unique time when you're a First Time Seller. Debbie is able to work thru concerns in an understanding manner that helps one relax. We were also very satisfied with the sales price as we went into the process with a figure that was under where our home was marketed at. It was important for us to have an agent that maximized value and she did that!
