Thanks for visiting my page. I was born and raised in the Fredericksburg area, and graduated from Spotsylvania High School in 1976. My maiden name was Debbie Wallace. I completed my Real Estate License Training in 1985, and began my career as a CENTURY 21 Agent back in the days of the highly recognizeable Mustard Gold Jackets. I love helping people in many facets of their lives, so it's a natural fit for me to assist folks with what tends to be their biggest personal asset...their home.

Seller reviewWe found Debbie through her sale of another home in our area. She had sold the other home quickly and for almost full price - two things that were important to us when selling our home. From the beginning Debbie was knowledgeable, honest, and clear about fees and pricing. She was straightforward with us about items she thought were necessary to do before listing and what to do to help our home seems more marketable when showing it. We listed our house at her recommended price and completed her recommended items and had multiple offers within 24 hours on the MLS. She got us the best deal at above our ask price during negotiations. Our entire process took 1 month and 3 days from the list day. Her contacts made closing super easy as first time sellers. We could not be happier and would recommend Debbie to anyone the the Fredericksburg area.

She goes above and beyond to make selling my home a pleasant experience. Always staying connected with the client, advising on issues that come up. Debbie has quite a list of contacts to be utilized if needed, i.e. contractors, lawyers, County personnel and offices, etc. and general information of the local area. She makes everyone comfortable and listens to their interests are, focusing on how best to serve the client.
