I cannot say enough about Debbie Nepa. I am a first time home buyer. Deb could not have been more kind and patient with me. She shared her knowledge every step of the way. I trusted in her completely and she went above and beyond to help me. She was informative and kind throughout my entire experience. She was patient and understanding as well; it took me some time to make up my mind about actually buying a house. Once I did decide, she found homes that were exactly what I was looking for. I cannot say enough about how safe she made me feel. Buying a home is an enormous undertaking and I knew nothing of how to even begin. Deb was both mother and mentor, friend and partner. I could not be happier. Frankly Deb is so great I would never consider another person helping me with a home buying or selling. She is the whole, perfect package. Once again I have to say that Deb was extremely kind. She knew my financial situation and found homes that were in my price range. She also advised me on different loans which would benefit me the most. Then she held my hand through the entire process, even answering late night texts and phone calls when I needed her advice or knowledge. Without her this purchase never would have happened. You are so lucky to have Deb! I once stopped in though and everyone was very friendly. I felt glad to be there. Overall I doubt anything could have been done to make this experience better.
