We bought a house recently that was very competitive in the bidding process. Had it not been for Debbie's knowledge in the bidding rules and giving us advice on how we should handle this situation we never would have gotten the high bid. The advice she suggested to use in the bidding worked perfectly and put us in our amazing home we just purchased. She was with us every step of the way, making sure all contracts were accurate and legally binding from the other realtor firm.
