Buyer reviewIn 1993, my husband and I moved from Grand Rapids, MI to Clinton, MS, David Sevens was recommended to us then and helped us a great deal. In December 1998, we put that house on the market with his agency, and he helped us find another house in Ridgeland, MS. Debbie Thomas picked up my request for an agent. She was efficient and very willing to look at properties with me and for me, selecting homes that fit my needs. She was a pleasure to work with, and I certainly would recommend her.

I have listed several houses with Ms. Thomas and each one has sold in record time. Excellent job Debbie Thomas!! My house was listed by Debbie Thomas on a Friday and the next day we had 3 offers. My house was sold in one day!! Can't get any better than that! what impresses me about Debra Thomas is no matter how busy she is she will always take my call or text .She will answer any questions I may have regardless how often I ask them,and she does it with patience and understanding! David Stevens handled any and all problems with my house with professionalism and understanding. I was out of town during the listing and sale of my house.David was good about keeping me in the loop on progress.I feel we became friends during this transaction! Divide did a good job!!

She was very patient and was available at all hours to answer our questions and set up appointments. We ultimately made offers on several houses and she gave valuable assistance in doing that. In the end, we wound up with the right house for us. We're grateful to Debbie for her super demeanor and personal attention. Purchasing a home is stressful. She made it totally UNstressful.
