Seller reviewI would highly recommend Deborah Anderson to anyone looking for a realtor. Her knowledge of the real estate market in the area allowed her to negotiate a full price offer, which made us happy, but that is just one reason I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. I was so grateful that she just handled all the little details like knowing who to call when things needed to get fixed, or who to call for inspections, or having a photographer come to take great pictures of our home so that it was presented in the best way and so many little things that I probably didn't even know about, Deborah is organized, knowledgeable, dependable, hard working, ethical, patient and just an all around good person. She is definitely my Lake Charles realtor for life!

Buyer reviewReferred by Assurance Financial. Se very knowledgeable. And gave plenty of contacts to help get my house in order. She came on a sunday evening to accommodate my working schedule, so the attic could be inspected. she also was present for me on the initial inspection since my work schedule would not permit me to be there. I was very surprise when Ms. Anderson was able to get the owners to reduce the asking price by $5000. I could not of ask for a better agent then Ms. Anderson. She is overall one of the most professional agent in any field i ever encountered.
