Seller reviewI've been trying to get this property on the market for over a year now. The hurricane damage, freeze damage, about the most destructive tenant I could have ever found, city and parish requirements, and at a time when labor and materials were outrageously priced left me in a most vulnerable position. Deborah Anderson went above and beyond the call of duty for me since I live in California and was unable to manage this myself. She stepped up and found various workers for yard work, building trades people, permits, and the list goes on. Deborah was a tremendous help in getting my impossible task done.

The purchase of this home was a little more difficult than the previous home purchase and required additional inspections outside the regular scope of normal inspections. Deborah went above and beyond to make sure those were done on time. She also made sure that the repairs were done properly before closing. Deborah was great about replying to all my texts and emails in a timely manner. She answered all my questions in a way that I understood and addressed all my concerns. Deborah is very experienced in her field and knowledgeable about the market in Lake Charles. I felt confident in the advice she gave me when we were shopping for homes. I enjoyed working with her. She made my entire home purchase experience a total joy.
