Selling a home while living overseas is no easy task, but it's even harder when trying to deal with a global pandemic, 2 hurricanes, and an ice storm! Debroah was not only able to get the job done, she got it done within six months with an ease that was incredible to witness! Deborah took over our home from another realtor that had it for a year, and let it fall to shambles. Agreeing to take on our property was no simple task. It was in need of some serious attention and TLC! It was actually worse than you can imagine, and being overseas we were helpless to do anything about it. Most real estate agents probably wouldn't have agreed to take us on, especially considering we were living abroad and the condition of the property, but she did! She welcomed us with open arms and a positive attitude when we were ready to give up. She told us not to worry, she was going to get the place cleaned up and get it sold, and that is exactly what she did! She went above and beyond what was required of her throughout the entire process. She hired contractors, cleaners, plumbers, landscapers, and made sure they all got the job done right. She handled all this while receiving messages from me late at night and early in the morning because of the Singapore/US time difference, yet she never once complained! She was happy, positive, and a joy to work with the entire time! I was never once left wondering if something was completed or handled properly. She communicated every little detail of the entire process from the repairs to the sell. If she said she was going to do it, it got done! I have never worked with any individual or business in SWLA that performed their job so incredibly! She took all the worry out of the experience, which was more welcome than you can imagine after we had spent the previous year doing nothing but worrying. We are currently packing up to move from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and our worst fear was that we wouldn't have our house sold before the move. Thank goodness that isn't a worry anymore! We can move and start fresh being completely free of the tether that was holding us back in the states! Debroah is not only a knowledgeable and incredible realtor, she is our saviour! I truly can't recommend her enough, or say enough great things about her! I will recommend her to everyone I meet from this point forward.

Deborah is such an asset for your organization. She was so ready, willing and available to help us at almost a moments notice. My wife and I believe that Deborah always had our best interest in mind as she moved us forward getting the house ready. We love her.
