We found Deborah Kenny by calling Century 21 and requesting they send us their best agent for our area. We did the same with 2 other agencies at the same time. We interviewed all 3 on the same night, and at the end of the evening, it was quite apparent that Debbie was our easy choice because she exuded the confidence we were looking for in the realtor for the sale of our home. This was paramount because we intend to build, and the maximum equity for our home was extremely important. One realtor believed our home would sell for $250K, another $275K, but Debbie believed our home could sell for more. We believed in Debbie, but braced for the long haul because we were beginning our sales process in the beginning of November. Debbie generated the necessary interest in our home to have 14 interested parties visit our home at the open house the day after our home hit the market. The next day we had an offer. The day after that, we had a full price offer of $285k. No negotiating to speak of. 4 days!!! is all it took for Debbie to sell our home for more than even we believed it could sell for. Debbie was extremely easy and pleasant to work with. There was not a single time where we felt she should have communicated better or sooner.
