Tenant reviewWhile searching websites such as Zillow for rentals and not seeing anything that really felt "just right," we stumbled upon a listing Deb Rice manages and connected that way. Not only did we fall in love with the property, but right away we were huge fans of Deb and her friendly and kind demeanor. She was so helpful, informative, and professional throughout the entire process. It's clear she cares about clients on both sides of the lease, dedicating time and energy to make sure we had everything we needed to successfully take over the lease and liaise between us and our new landlords to get everything squared away and make sure everyone was settled and feeling good. Knowing we'd be working with her throughout the rental process made us even more confident in our choice to rent the property. We couldn't be happier and can't say enough good things about Deb!
