We are from Illinois and I was searching for months on land and farm as many other like wise sites. My Wife and I talked to many different Agents through out the state of Kentucky and Not one ever Gave me the time of day or even care to look into things and get back to Us. I finally was on a site and it had 2 phone numbers the first was an answer machine , The second number Found me Deb Rockey (Lucky Us) Deb right off the bat did research on the 5 homes I had on my list to see when planning a trip down ,,She sent us all types of info and GPS Maps of the area's we were looking at . A day or two later a home we had seen online earlier came back to the market , So I told the wife its time to go south and look . We made a date to meet up with Deb Rockey ,She was very helpful in finding us a place to stay while house Hunting . The first day we meet up with Deb she came to the hotel and picked us up and the visit to the entire State of Kentucky started. I'm not kidding she drove us from Virginia to Ohio,down to Tenn all the way to Lexington. we went and seen all 5 houses we liked and each house we looked at was worse then the next , the pictures were nothing to the actual house of Lots . Most I wouldn't let my pets live in Let alone my Wife and I . Well the long run around day ended at 8:30 pm as Deb dropped us both back off at our Room she said don't Be to down Lets see what tomorrow brings. The next morning My Wife gets a text on her phone saying (I have a surprise for you two) I stayed up late Last Night looking for what you wanted. Well Next thing she said was get ready im coming to pick you Up it cant hurt to look. Deb Rockey once again had us on a long ride heading to this house and Land hidden in the Forest. We finally pull up to a Metal privacy Gate and a Long asphalted drive that seem to go on forever we drove a 1/4 mile or so and at the Top of this Gorgeous hill Sat an Awesome new House and a new 40x50 garage and the cleared land around it was the perfect size for our pets and us ,,,The real kicker was It came with 130 acres which gave us the privacy we were wanting ,,the New home with all new updates as well as a huge clean garage for my old car collections and projects . The price was Just what we wanted the home and property were the Perfect match to what we had been looking for . We Owe a Great thanks to Deb Rockey and All the Hard work she put into getting us moved in , Thanks just don't seem to do it justice , Not only did we find a agent ,We made a friend when ever we have questions we call or text she always gets back to us helps with any issues we had of lack of information we received ,or answers the first time right away.
