Buyer reviewDeb provided all the services we needed at the highest level. She met with me in February when I visited Florida and followed up daily with new listings. It was six months before I returned to Florida. I waited until my husband and I had a solid sales contract on our home in Pennsylvania before making an offer on a home. She was responsive to every question and request I asked of her. She understood that time was of the essence since our PA closing date was 6 weeks away. She set aside a generous amount of time to show me 20 or so homes in a short period of time. Her input into the condition of homes and the quality of neighborhoods was very helpful. Deb's feel for the market and help with the timing and amount of our offer once we decided on a home were invaluable. She also negotiated for additional appliances, a home warranty and the purchase of some pieces of furniture from the sellers. All much appreciated, saving us thousands of dollars. I have already recommended Deb to family and several friends. I will certainly continue to do so whenever I can.
