Seller reviewSelling a house is stressful and we had some situations that could have been even more stressful if Deb had not been on top of things all the time. Deb is thorough and leaves nothing to chance and when you're dealing with something as important as selling your home that is very important. We are thankful for our decision to have Deborah Schnitzler sell our house! (And by the way...it sold QUICKLY!)

Seller reviewWe knew the agent and the fact that she lived in our neighborhood for years and was familiar with our specific selling market. Our home was listed on Saturday and we had a solid offer and contract on Wednesday. Ms. Schnitzler was very helpful and even hauled away fencing and placed and checked rat traps in the attic of the home. I have bought and sold other properties over the years and have never had the quality of service Ms. Schnitzler provided. Ms. Schnitzler, is an intelligent and energetic lady with a friendly personality which made her a pleasure to work with.

Due to my limited mobility, Deb and her sister, Donna, went above and beyond by checking out potential houses so I could focus on feeling better and only looking at the best ones available. They listened to my needs and my 'must haves' which made just reinforced my trust in them. Constant communication with me and my daughter to help us through this transition. Fabulous folks!!! Just the best!!! Deb cares about her buyer getting into the right house for the best price. Always had my best interest in mind throughout the entire process. Spent so much time making sure I found and purchased a house in which I will be happy to call home!!! Can only sing her praises. Extremely happy and blessed for having Deb guide us through this purchase! Saying she is THE BEST is an understatement!

Seller reviewSo we pulled one daring stunt. Ala-property-brothers-style. We a saw a new house, fell in love with it, and then waiit, we realized we have another house to worry about. So we had to make a call to a realtor, and we had no second thoughts, we immediately called Deb. And yes, just like before, she did it again. We got our house under contract in less than 2 weeks. From there everything went smoothly, again, just like before. Thanks Deb and Donna!

Having knowledge is great, however to know that she cared more about us finding a home we would be happy with for a great portion of our life meant more than the massive amount of knowledge she possesses. It was truly a pleasant experience and one everyone should have when buying the biggest purchase of your life.
