Seller reviewI contacted Deborah Schnitzler after having been with a different broker/company for 3 months. It was a nightmare experience with that guy! Deb and her sister Donna had sent me a flyer from a condo in my building that they'd sold back last summer. Thank goodness I held onto that flyer!!! I couldn't be more pleased with how well Deb handled my sale!!! Deborah is a fantastic a realtor as one would ever hope to have. I can hardly even begin to have enough complimentary words to describe my experience with her. She was in constant communication with me and always kept me informed about what was transpiring, even going a step or two ahead. I never once had a worry or concern about how things were proceeding! And how can you beat that she sold my property in a week??!!!! She's definitely amongst your finest of agents and she should be training others on how to treat future clients. Love her to death and greatly appreciate her service!! Of course, I would highly recommend her as an agent, without a doubt! Donna Bartel was also extremely helpful with selling my property. I always knew I could call on her if I needed assistance. She's a great realtor too!

Seller reviewMy Broker was professional, thoroughly reviewed all paperwork with me, suggested items to be changed for better selling appeal, checked back periodically on property status, and advised closing procedure. I would refer anyone either buying or selling in the area to contact the "Property Sisters" . Century 21 is fortunate to have these two thoroughly professional realtors on their team. The Property Sisters are definitely an asset to the profession. I would recommend Deborah to anyone contemplating either buying or selling property. The performance of Donna Bartoli was exceptional. She was professional, checked my status in preparing my home for the sale and open house, called to report status of property, thoroughly reviewed documents to be signed and assisted at the closing. As previously stated the very quick sale of my home was due to Deborah Schnitzler and Donna Bartoli. From start to finish they accessed, advised, acted and sold the property in a timely manner. They were also accessible at all times. I would highly recommend the "Property Sisters" to anyone.
