Seller reviewWe had interviewed a couple of other agents before meeting Debi. After explaining to a friend of mine the issues we were having finding the right realtor to sell our home, she recommended Debi, knowing that she'd be the perfect fit. We knew instantly that Debi was the one who could sell our home quickly. She showed extreme sensitivity to the selling of my husband's childhood home. Debi is very knowledgeable of the local market and helped us with establishing a competitive price for the property. She gave us sound advice as to what should be done before the sale, including providing the missing accents that made the house look so lovely. Her photographer was very professional. Debi had prepared us well, so the house photographed beautifully. She was always reachable and kept us informed during each step along the way. We had complete confidence in her experience and professionalism and relationship with other realtors in the area. I would highly recommend Debi to any of my friends or family or anyone selling a home. It was one of the easiest transactions we have ever made.

Can't say enuf good about Deb ...she helped us during a tough time! We placed the owner in an assisted living and it was a very difficult time. Having power of attorney for someone incapable of making their own decisions is so hard. Deb made the whole process so much easier for us

Seller reviewI am a thirty year retired Deputy Sheriff and as a result I know and can judge people very well, good and bad. After speaking to numerous realtors, I spoke with Debbie, I could tell by her energy, communicative skills and body language that she is a very good and knowledgeable person. She is kind with assertiveness, friendly with being forthright and intelligent beyond most but humble with communicating how knowledgeable she really is Debbie made the nightmares of selling a house go away and the buyers used a V A loan. I am a Veteran myself but the V A loan process is a true nightmare but as I said Realtor Debbie made it a dream for me. Based on my satisfaction with Realtor Debbie in selling this house, I will be asking her to be the realtor on the next house I buy.
