Our selection of Debra Collins was simply good fortune for us. When the seller was considering pulling out of the deal and seeking a cash offer only, it was Debra who stepped in and coaxed them back to the table and encouraged them to be patient with our circumstances. I really can't say enough good things about Debra. We didn't know her at all before this purchase, but now I wouldn't want to ever buy or sell another home in the area without her consultation.
