Buyer reviewDebra D'Acqua took the time to show me condos in different areas of the Wildwoods keeping my list of requests such as a first floor unit preferably with a pool in mind when showing me various properties. She kept in mind my likes and dislikes of the various properties and tailored the next showing to my wants. Debra was a professional when handling all aspects of my condo purchase and was patient with my many, many questions and concerns. She also calmed me down and talked me through all the changes requested by the seller. Debra found me the perfect condo and I am so happy with my whole experience. She made everything easy for me and I look forward to many years there and love the location.

Buyer reviewDebra was referred to us by a friend. Debra took the initiative for the first contact with us. She worked with us on developing a schedule based on our contingency to sell another property. She added great value to the process by keeping us abreast of the real estate market at the shore. One important tool she set us up with was the Collaborative Center. Once we decided that Seaboard was the complex we wanted to reside in, Debra sent a communication to all owners that she had a buyer if they were willing to sell

Buyer reviewDeb did a good job not to overwhelm us with all of the activities needed in the closing process, She kept the ball rolling by giving us 1 or 2 tasks at a time. Deb was a great resource, she was very responsive and reliable for these reasons I would recommend her family and friends! Deb was patient with us and made sure we made a knowledgeable decision by encouraging us to see many different types of properties to figure out what we didn't want and what was important to us in order to feel confident about out purchase which we ended up absolutely loving!
