Seller reviewI knew Debra D'Acqua many years ago but lost touch. When I found out she was in real estate I knew I would only work with her. I know how friendly, honest and reliable she is and didn't want to work with anyone else. Debbie is currently working with me to find a new condo. She patiently listens to my needs and is very helpful.

Buyer reviewDebra was referred to us by a friend. Debra took the initiative for the first contact with us. She worked with us on developing a schedule based on our contingency to sell another property. She added great value to the process by keeping us abreast of the real estate market at the shore. One important tool she set us up with was the Collaborative Center. Once we decided that Seaboard was the complex we wanted to reside in, Debra sent a communication to all owners that she had a buyer if they were willing to sell

Buyer reviewDeb did a good job not to overwhelm us with all of the activities needed in the closing process, She kept the ball rolling by giving us 1 or 2 tasks at a time. Deb was a great resource, she was very responsive and reliable for these reasons I would recommend her family and friends! Deb was patient with us and made sure we made a knowledgeable decision by encouraging us to see many different types of properties to figure out what we didn't want and what was important to us in order to feel confident about out purchase which we ended up absolutely loving!

The riparian rights were tricky. Deb was a stabilizing force throughout the entire process! Debra is my broker period. I would not not consider using anyone but Deb & where she's goes that's where I go!
