Seller reviewDeb is very easy to work with, knowledgeable, and has been able to "miraculously" get all parties to work together to get the deals done. Being a real estate investor, I expect my transactions to move at a very fast pace. Deb has certainly been able to keep up with my demands and my schedules, which is not easy, which she has done cheerfully and pleasantly. It is a joy to work with her and I look forward to my next deal. The only thing left for her to do, since she has done everything else very well, is for her to wear a hula skirt while serving cocktails at my open houses.

Debra was very in tune to our growing family's needs. She suggested a property that we wouldn't necessarily have been interested in. It was perfect! We wouldn't consider using any other agent in the future if the need arises! At the end of our settlement, not only did Debra give us a housewarming gift, she gave each of our grandsons a housewarming gift. Debra understood how important this new purchase was for them. How thoughtful!!
