Buyer reviewOur connection to Deb D'Acqua began as a strong personal referral from a trusted source and we are so happy we chose to work with Deb to find our beach home rather than opting for one of the local agents with splashy advertising. The ability to celebrate the end product (the purchase) is testimony to Deb's overall character, work ethic, and personality. We had some administrative challenges as we approached the finish line--entirely unrelated to Deb--and thanks to her "can-do" and collaborative spirit, we can genuinely put aside the rough spots and will recall the entire transaction with fondness and humor. In closing, and as evidenced by the uniformly "excellent" ratings, there are a whole lot of superlative adjectives that would describe Deb, but more than anything, we would describe her as our "advocate". She really cleared the path for us both in terms of our education as well as with removing roadblocks toward a successful closing. We are so grateful for a terrific business partner and a new friend.

Seller reviewDeb is very easy to work with, knowledgeable, and has been able to "miraculously" get all parties to work together to get the deals done. Being a real estate investor, I expect my transactions to move at a very fast pace. Deb has certainly been able to keep up with my demands and my schedules, which is not easy, which she has done cheerfully and pleasantly. It is a joy to work with her and I look forward to my next deal. The only thing left for her to do, since she has done everything else very well, is for her to wear a hula skirt while serving cocktails at my open houses.

Buyer reviewShe was very friendly and professional at the same time. We never felt as though she was pushy as we have experienced with other agents that we dealt with over the years. Debra was very in tune to our growing family's needs. She suggested a property that we wouldn't necessarily have been interested in. It was perfect! We wouldn't consider using any other agent in the future if the need arises! At the end of our settlement, not only did Debra give us a housewarming gift, she gave each of our grandsons a housewarming gift. Debra understood how important this new purchase was for them. How thoughtful!!
