Buyer reviewI have worked with Ms. Debra for over 5 years and she has made me purchasing or selling a home seem so painless. She is always so pleasant to work with. I love that she takes your sell or purchase so personally and make sure that you get the best deal no matter the case. She is very knowledgeable of the market. She is responsive regardless of how minimal your question might be. There is also no pressure from her to sign a contract which you can get a lot from some realtors. When it comes to purchasing or selling a home, I don't even look for a realtor, I just call up Ms. Debra. I have a Life Realtor :-)

Buyer reviewThe agent who helped us with the sale of our home in VA in 2015 had since moved to another state, but I called him and he referred me to agents in the 2 areas that we were considering. Debra McElroy was the Virginia referral and we've been working with Debra for about 2 years. So, I didn't know anything about Debra or Century 21 New Millennium before our prior agent's referral, but had every confidence in his recommendation. Debra was patient, helpful, available, and knowledgeable during our long search. We'd ask for her help again with future real estate transactions and will recommend her to anyone we know looking to buy or sell in the Northern Virginia area.

Seller reviewMs. Debra is simply awesome! She helped me in selling my townhouse about 5 years and helped with the purchase of my current home which recently sold. I never understood why she kept in touch years after our purchase and sale of our home year after year but I now realize how important it was to build and maintain the relationship because when it was time to sell the home, it was a no brainer to call her. I trust her judgement because she looks out for your best interest and makes herself available to you no matter how minimal your questions might me. I basically have a lifetime realtor and appreciate her.
