Seller reviewI feel it is important to have an agent who will be honest about the market, the value of the property and has knowledge of the community so they can properly represent it. Dee Kasarda listened to us, evaluated our property and provided us with sales information that allowed us to determine the best sales price. This was a sale of land, and as such it is not as large a commission as would be a home. In some ways, I think it takes more effort to sell land. Dee was always available for my questions, gave solid advice and was patient with us. During the sales process, Dee kept us informed of leads, showings and feedback. When the final offer came in, Dee was able to negotiate a deal that I believe was a win - win for us and the buyer. I recommend Dee Kasarda for your sale or purchase of property.
