Buyer reviewDee went above and beyond to help us purchase a home in the Charlotte County area. Living in New England and trying to purchase a home long distance was challenging, but Dee would visit properties that we were interested in, calling us while at the property, giving us feedback on the property, answering all our questions about the property. Dee stuck with us through five purchase and sales transactions until we were successful in negotiating a final sale. We would use Dee again, if and when we decide to sell and purchase another home in the area.

We have been searching for a home in Florida since September 2017,she treated us as if we were her only customers. Trying to find a home out of state was very difficult, Dee checked out a home we saw online for us, at this point she knew what we were looking for. Because of our confidence in her we flew down, saw that the home was exactly what we were looking for and purchased the home.

Buyer reviewwe recently purchased a home in Port Charlotte and had it not been for the unbelievable service we received from Dee Porter it probably would not have happened. When we first met Dee she showed us approximately 15 homes within 3 days before we found the one we fell in love with. We called Dee twice unexpectedly to see the home without notice and she made it happen within 30 minutes each time. Dee had the answers for every questioned we asked. We had to return home to Massachusetts and Dee took care of all our needs. From communicating with the seller and her broker, the home inspection, homeowners insurance and everything else involved Dee took care of it and made the entire process easy. After all was done she continued with informative and helpful followup. Dee is a real asset to your agency and an incredibly nice person. She understands the entire process and the people's needs.
