When starting the journey to finding a home I was looking for someone who I could trust, have my questions a answered, and someone that is easy to talk to, I saw this all in Delia Tapia. When looking for a home she was able to schedule us for viewings sometimes even next day from when I would ask her. She also answered all our questions and concerns about the homes we were viewing. Once our offer was accepted, the journey began to wait patiently for the tenants to move out. This has me worried but Delia Tapia was on it, she went above and beyond also helping those tenants find a new home for them. She made that long process go by quickly and i trusted she would continue trying to have the process moving. She also answered all my questions with the closing that I was still unsure about. I was able to communicate easily and I trusted her completely that she was there for me. I would recommend Delia Tapia to anyone and everyone because of her qualities she demonstrated, trusting, dedicated, hard working, and communicative. When closing approached and I was excited I knew she was also excited for me, it felt as if we had finished a race together. She was very knowledgeable about the housing market in Porterville. When a house was released in the market that was within my price range, she would notified me and gave me date as well as a time to go see the house. She would inform me about the history of the house. The handling with paperwork went very smoothly and there was no problems. I was amazed with the whole process and did not feel stress.
