I found Deloris through a google search of "top realtors in Klamath Falls" and called her along with about 6 others on the list. By far, Deloris was most responsive, warm, and genuinely interested in helping us find what we were looking for. She sent us listings within a day and followed up on all questions I had. She researched additional listings I found and always made herself available to me, including canceling a vacation in order to be available when I was traveling into town. She not only had excellent knowledge of the homes, neighborhoods, and schools, but she also had many personal connections for various community contacts that were helpful to us as we decided to buy a fixer upper! She was wonderful and we will definitely be using her again for our next investment purchase! Deloris was the BEST! I so appreciated her balance of professionalism and genuine interest in just connecting as people. Deloris was also super fun and funny as we spent days together searching for homes together. She never steered me away from something I wanted to view, even if it wasn't really the right fit.
