Seller reviewDelton Cheng combines a tremendous knowledge of the local market along with an outstanding work ethic for superior results. Delton Cheng is a superior communicator. When the prospective buyer was beginning to show warning signs of backing out, Delton was able to assess, from the prospective buyer's attorney, that it was the lender and not the buyer who was at fault for the abnormally slow deal pace. This reconnaissance was calming to me and proved to be accurate - in that we successfully closed the transaction!
