Dena Martinez represented me in the purchase of my home. There was no question of any other agent handling the sale of the property. Dena was calm and attentive throughout the sale process with many peculiarities. Her sales acumen was simply boss-level support and advice. She brought special staging items to open house which made an nearly empty place appear warm and inviting. There was no question or concern that arose that Dena did not have an immediate and honest answer to. My daughter recently purchased a home and I was able to share some of the tips Dena professionally offered and implemented on my behalf. I needed a copy of a paper I was already given and asked escrow for it. Dena called about half an hour later to check on progress. When she learned I had not received the paper required, she intervened and got it to me herself, understanding the time sensitivity of my need. Dena was fantastic beginning to end.
