Having Ms. Fey as the broker was simply fortuitous for us. After researching on Trulia, we drove four hours to look at twelve properties. With only maps, a gps, and an eagerness we stopped first at the Sparrowbush property. We loved it. I stood on the porch and called the number on the sign to see if perhaps we could view it anytime that day. Ms. Fey was willing to meet after her current closing...even though we had made no appointment! In person she was as professional, personable and accommodating as one could want. Ms. Fey was the best possible for us! Her caring nature came forth with her many reassurances towards my nervousness and willingness to open the house for yet another inspection. Her general understanding of both our needs and desires as well as representing the seller was apparent. Many questions on numerous occasions were posed and her answers were thorough and immediate. Too, her willingness to intervene with difficulties with the lawyer's office was greatly appreciated. She could not have been better!!!! We are so taken by her that we hope she will visit once the tiny house takes on our persona!!! She represents your agency well. From the purchase of our new home through the sale of our old, Denise was a constant and consistent source of knowledge, negotiation and support.
