What sets Denise appart? First off, her communication during the entire process was phenomenal. We could always get a hold of her or she would call us back immediately. She is straight forward, honest, friendly, positive and upbeat. She is the hardest working realtor we have ever had. We never had to guess what the next step was, she walked us through everything all the way to the end. She even called us as soon as it was recorded and the transaction was finished. We would recommend her highly, and we will most definitely use her again.

She had various names/numbers of people that needed to be contacted re estimates and appraisals and was able to call them directly to line up for services needed. We had various friends who are real estate agents but we needed someone who knew the area and market and could make this as seamless as possible. We needed her expertise!
