Buyer reviewIt was a great pleasure working with Denise Gaines, her level of patience and professionalism deserved A . She never gave up on our hope of acquiring a house. My husband and I started started with Ms Gaines March of 2022 and finally found a house October 2023. Ms Gaines is very soft spoken and was never too busy to call, return calls, send reminders, or gave her best advice and recommendations. The papers works seemed a little overwhelming at times however Ms Gaines walked us through them with such expertise. Her calmness was almost like therapy and I pray that the Lord will continue to bless her as she continues her job.

She has spent numerous hours with me over the past several months from the time I contacted her to sell my home until the time of closing on my new home. She would either call, text, email or meet me if I had any concerns or to share/update me regarding the process.
