Denise was just a blessing to work with. She went above and beyond the call of duty to help with my special needs and concerns. The move, and all it details was a big ordeal to me with my severe health issue..except the sale of the house..I left that in Denise's hands and she was an Angel, and did everything, I had no worries, and alot of help and support. She aced the sell. Any bumps along the way with getting house prepped for sale she handled gracefully, and professionally, even though she was going through a personal crises herself. That speaks volumes for her dedication. Century 21 definitely has a gem on their hands! The only thing I'm gonna regret about moving..is missing the wonderful person shes is! Denise is a fantastic agent!!! She always kept me informed, had local insight, had numerous resources to get the job done. Thanks to her hard work I'm in a new home that is more than I expected, I have over 20K in equity before I turned the key , an affordable payment that is less than what most people pay for rent.
