Seller reviewI had met Dennis Bane eleven years ago when looking for a house, eventually purchasing this house from someone else. At that time I was impressed by his knowledge and honesty. Since I had not bothered with real estate anything since then, and am not a local resident, I called the office and talked with him. He understands the local market, and made several suggestions affecting asking price which I totally agreed with. He also promised a full campaign including on social media. We were under contract in five days! Dennis proved to be efficient and capable, inspired and determined, with no wasted effort! .
