Once we were ready to put the house on the market he was extremely responsive and prepared for the challenge of selling at a satisfactory value, in a very timely manner. He assisted with preparing the house, and gave great insight as to what key matters should be addressed prior to sale. Dennis shared his experience and insight when it came time for us to make the best decisions when closing. He was always available and willing to help. Truly a great customer experience. Dennis was very personable and made us feel like our needs were his top priority. I felt he went above and beyond his duties as an agent, and earned our confidence. He was diligent and careful, giving us clear insight during the sales process.
