I have been a licensed full time agent since 1994 having closed over 1000 real estate transactions. Over the years I have worked with sellers, buyers, investors, relocation clientele, short sales, bank owned sales, move up buyers and first time home buyers. I love what I do especially when I have the pleasure of working with veterans. Having a father who was a veteran helped me grow up with an appreciation for the freedoms that I have. Thank you for putting your life on the line for my country, my rights, and my freedoms. It's only right that I repay you by doing my best to help you in your real estate journey. I am actively involved in my community and have 2 daughters; they are my pride and joy! I volunteer my time at their school every Thursday during the school year and I am actively involved in their sporting events (softball, volleyball, basketball) after school. My church home is at Destiny Christian Church and I volunteer my time there to reach out to our community and those in need. Derek Kirk is an outstanding person, honest and always keeps on top of everything. He kept in constant contact with us (in person, by email and by phone). I highly recommend Derek for anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. You can't go wrong because he is not only knowledgeable, but honest to nth degree. And that's what you want, isn't it? I got the feeling that Derek was more interested in helping us sell our home than in making a profit. You couldn't ask for a more personable and friendly person than Derek. Derek was very helpful and went above and beyond his responsibilities. With us being out of state and needed trash cans picked up Derek took his own time and went to the home and set them out so that we would continue to be charged for trash pick up. He also arranged for a plumber to replace the hot water heater. Thanks Derek and hope you have many more happy successful sales.
