I have been a licensed full time agent since 1994 having closed over 1000 real estate transactions. Over the years I have worked with sellers, buyers, investors, relocation clientele, short sales, bank owned sales, move up buyers and first time home buyers. I love what I do especially when I have the pleasure of working with veterans. Having a father who was a veteran helped me grow up with an appreciation for the freedoms that I have. Thank you for putting your life on the line for my country, my rights, and my freedoms. It's only right that I repay you by doing my best to help you in your real estate journey. I am actively involved in my community and have 2 daughters; they are my pride and joy! I volunteer my time at their school every Thursday during the school year and I am actively involved in their sporting events (softball, volleyball, basketball) after school. My church home is at Destiny Christian Church and I volunteer my time there to reach out to our community and those in need. Derek Kirk did an amazing job of selling my rental home. He continually checked in with me during the remodeling phase to have the listing ready to hit the market the day following completion of the project. Multiple open house events were scheduled right away and we quickly had a full price offer. I am a business professional with my own business to run, and Derek kept me on task continually (counter offers, scheduling inspections, closing process etc,) keeping me ahead of the next task so nothing fell through the cracks and our sale closed ahead of schedule. It was a real pleasure to work with Derek!

Derek was exceptional. He helped us go through our purchase of our new home. He was knowledgeable, patient, and gave excellent advice. He was detail oriented and took the time to go through every concern we had throughout the build process. My family is very thankful and fortunate to have him as our realtor. Derek was extremely helpful throughout our relocation process. He understood what we were looking for in a house and community and worked with us to find the right fit. We spent three days viewing over 20 homes in different communities in the Sacramento metro area and he let us feel the communities out while offering his personal insights. Our new home had multiple offers and he helped position us with the selling agent to get the offer accepted. He offered insights during inspection periods and had great communication with our lender and closing officer at the title company. He was quick to respond to any of our needs, and helped make the process a little less stressful.
