I have been a licensed full time agent since 1994 having closed over 1000 real estate transactions. Over the years I have worked with sellers, buyers, investors, relocation clientele, short sales, bank owned sales, move up buyers and first time home buyers. I love what I do especially when I have the pleasure of working with veterans. Having a father who was a veteran helped me grow up with an appreciation for the freedoms that I have. Thank you for putting your life on the line for my country, my rights, and my freedoms. It's only right that I repay you by doing my best to help you in your real estate journey. I am actively involved in my community and have 2 daughters; they are my pride and joy! I volunteer my time at their school every Thursday during the school year and I am actively involved in their sporting events (softball, volleyball, basketball) after school. My church home is at Destiny Christian Church and I volunteer my time there to reach out to our community and those in need. saw his signs, saw the signs go pending quickly and then sold so called and had a preliminary interview via phone, then my husband & I met him personally and signed on. He is knowledgeable, personable, efficient, and gets the job done. excellent customer service, excellent knowledge of the RE Market, Derek is outstanding on all levels There wasn't ONE time that he didn't respond to us immediately whether via text, phone, email, etc. If he was on another call, even sent a message letting us know that. Amazing communication skills along with his experience and knowledge of all aspects of the business. We are not novices to the Real Estate Industry and my husband is self employed with various property investments. He can be very demanding and is knowledgeable in this field. Derek's advice, financial, marketing, negotiating, all aspects, was excellent. He made these sales happen from initial on-line advertising through dealing with the offers, result achieving marketing, financing ideas, every aspect of the process. We were consistently pleased, impressed, and felt fortunate to be able to work with him.
