I have been a licensed full time agent since 1994 having closed over 1000 real estate transactions. Over the years I have worked with sellers, buyers, investors, relocation clientele, short sales, bank owned sales, move up buyers and first time home buyers. I love what I do especially when I have the pleasure of working with veterans. Having a father who was a veteran helped me grow up with an appreciation for the freedoms that I have. Thank you for putting your life on the line for my country, my rights, and my freedoms. It's only right that I repay you by doing my best to help you in your real estate journey. I am actively involved in my community and have 2 daughters; they are my pride and joy! I volunteer my time at their school every Thursday during the school year and I am actively involved in their sporting events (softball, volleyball, basketball) after school. My church home is at Destiny Christian Church and I volunteer my time there to reach out to our community and those in need. Seller reviewInitial presentation and marketing plan was critical. Derek came across very knowledgeable and comfortable with the needs and expectations. He knew the local market and valuations very well. The professional pictures and video he established with his team were excellent and I believe strong selling points. Lastly, as a person, Derek was very personable and easy to work with. He took time to answer questions in detail and ensure I was comfortable with progress and efforts.
