I have been a licensed full time agent since 1994 having closed over 1000 real estate transactions. Over the years I have worked with sellers, buyers, investors, relocation clientele, short sales, bank owned sales, move up buyers and first time home buyers. I love what I do especially when I have the pleasure of working with veterans. Having a father who was a veteran helped me grow up with an appreciation for the freedoms that I have. Thank you for putting your life on the line for my country, my rights, and my freedoms. It's only right that I repay you by doing my best to help you in your real estate journey. I am actively involved in my community and have 2 daughters; they are my pride and joy! I volunteer my time at their school every Thursday during the school year and I am actively involved in their sporting events (softball, volleyball, basketball) after school. My church home is at Destiny Christian Church and I volunteer my time there to reach out to our community and those in need. This is my second time working with Derek. The first RE deal was a purchase, and the 2nd one was a sale. Derek was excellent in both cases. The quality I value the most with Derek is his knowledge of RE and his fast, clear, concise, and detailed responses. I never feel like I'm wasting time when I'm talking or texting with Derek. He is very accessible. Derek is always on top of schedules and items that need to be completed to get the deal done. I've never felt in a time crunch with Derek because he always keeps me on schedule. Even when things take an unexpected turn, Derek has a backup plan and is already thinking ahead before you even have a chance to sulk.

Derek is a Great Agent, He explains everything in the contract and is very considerate with his clients. He drove 1.5 hours to meet with us and made shre that the process was very smooth.
