From day one she was responsive and attentive, understood exactly what we wanted and had us looking at homes and in contract that same weekend. Desiree is like a "Realty Terminator" seeking out issues and annihilating them before they can surface. Her help and guidance through this process was truly unparalleled. If ever we needed anything, Desiree was already asking us about it, we rarely needed to engage her as she was consistently engaged and checking on us if there was anything she could do. She was Proactive, Diligent, Relentless, Unwavering, and an amazing Advocate for us. We are extremely fortunate to have met Desiree. We would definitely recommend her to anyone who asks. We have had good realtors in the past, but Desiree really set the bar at the top. Overall our experience was outstanding. I'm not sure that a better realtor exists.

Seller reviewWe have know Desiree for years. We know Desiree has a great work ethic, wonderful vision for staging and sunny personality and would sell our house fast. Desiree sold our mother's house last year and we knew she was the only one for us! She is honest and will help you get top dollar for your property. We are commuters and Desiree took care of so much of the "little things" that were not so little and needed to be taken care of when we were working out of town. She went out of her way to make the calls for us and get the house ready for sale. The photographer she uses is amazing and the photos of our house turned out beautiful. She takes such great care of her clients. She makes the process easy, takes the time to answer all your questions, and makes a crazy process seem simple. We can not express our gratitude enough. We have recommended her to friends and will use her again. Desiree treats everyone like family and wants the best for her clients. You can really see how much she cares about her clients. Seller reviewI selected Desiree because she seemed knowledgeable and competent. She also seemed relaxed enough so that if something went wrong she would be able to work through problems with me in a systematic way. Desiree was also upbeat and pleasant and knowing that selling a house can be difficult I thought those two qualities were very important. During the first round of negotiations I suggested going back to all three bidders and I was very happy that Desiree was fine with that idea. We worked out specific requests for each bid together and submitted the new requests to the bidders. All bidders accepted the new terms. Desiree was great to work with during this process and I was very happy with the revised bids. She was great to work with!
