There is no way for me to overstate how wonderful Diana was during the process of selling my mother's home. I know that selling a home is always stressful, but we were in an extremely stressful situation with my mother, since she needed to be moved to an Assisted Living Facility due to a medical complication and we really needed the proceeds from her home to help us with her care. Diana is extremely patient, kind, caring, accessible, helpful, and really walks you through the entire process. She definitely strove to get us the top dollar for our home, and she sold it in one day! Diana was ready to help us and always got back to us right away. She chwcked in, but was never pushy. The houses that we were interested in went fast and she was able to let us know they were listed within hours so we had a chance to put an offer in. We ended up buying a house that we didn't originally ask to look at because of the pictures on the website. Diana had gotten to know us and what we were looking for. She was always quick to respond to any questions I had, but more importantly, she was quick to set up the inspection, walk-through and closing as fast as possible. She also helped me think about things regarding a home purchase I didn't consider, thereby helping me make the best informed decision possible. She truly has her clients' interests at heart. She even fed my crew during moving day and gave me the sweetest key chain when I got the keys to my new house! She went above and beyond and I cannot thank her enough.
