BA Degree from Trenton State College. Licensed in Real Estate in 1977. Obtained Brokers License in 1982. Million Dollar Club from 1978-1986 when Diane Ailor Realtors was formed. Graduate Realtors Institute. In 1992 affiliated with CENTURY 21 to become CENTURY 21 Ailor Associates.

Buyer reviewAs a first time seller, there were obvious questions that I had. Diane made sure that I was 100% comfortable and confident every step of the way. When a last minute issue came about with the sale of my house (issue with the town, nothing with Century 21), Diane did not hesitate to not only answer my call at 11:30 PM, but was able to instruct me on how to quickly and efficiently deal with the issue to ensure that my closing date would not be postponed. Diane and her associates went over and above the normal call of duty to ensure that everything went smoothly and in a timely fashion in both the selling of my home and purchase of new one.

Seller reviewI had heard horror stories of people selling their homes which delayed our decision in placing our home on the market. Once we made the decision to sell, Diane took over, scheduled an Open House and BAM! we had multiple offers in 1 day! Unfortunately, the job didn't end there. Diane stayed on top of everything until closing; contacting buyers, attorneys, mortgage companies, etc. She did it all while making it appear so easy. She is a godsend!!!
